Day 4 Raja Yoga Meditation.

Hope all who reads my blog is well and truely blessed.
I received a few e-mails asking how my meditation classes were going and I have to say this is something each and everyone one of us should be doing. As you may be aware, I have been meditating off and on for 2-3years now but really want to master it, Right now I am doing a type of meditation called Raja Yoga. It's working wonders in my life. I am much calmer, handle situations better and I am learning more and more about my inner being.

As a sufferer of anxiety and panic attacks, I have found that I can control the feeling that causes these attacks. So I basically stop the attack from happening by using meditation techniques.
Today we learned about our 8 soul powers, which is totally amazing and I will be implying them in my life daily. (Today was my 4th Lesson in Raja Yoga)
